Soyaddict – Tàu Hũ

You’ve probably seen another version of this elsewhere in Asia. Also known by other names like Douhua, Taufu Fa, Tofu Pudding, etc. this silky-smooth tofu is made from Australian organic soybeans. The cooking process is tedious from preparing the beans to making the soy milk and then coagulating it but the result is rewarding. Served with ginger syrup cooked hours from palm sugar, and coconut milk for extra richness. Every slurp will just melt in your mouth. Only available in winter menu. Vegan friendly. Gluten free. Dairy Free. Served warm.
