Like ‘bánh mỳ’, crème caramel or flan is another Vietnamese take on French influence since the colonial period. If you think you’ve had good flans before, come with an expectation! This is another best-seller dish of ours. The smoooooth flan is complemented by a touch of creamy coconut milk, a crunchy texture from the jellies and water chestnut gems. For the final touch, we even make our own cocoa tapioca pearls and refuse to buy the boba pearls off the shelf. It’s all about dedication in a small heavenly cup. Gluten free. Served chilled.
