Egg Coffee – Cà Phê Trứng

Chè Desserts is the first, and so far the only place where you can find the legendary Egg Coffee in Melbourne. We use only the premium pasteurised Willow Zen free-range eggs. Egg yolks are whipped with organic vanilla paste and a touch of condensed milk until they become creamy and fluffy. A strong shot of boiling hot espresso is then slowly poured through that layer of foamy egg to sit underneath. It looks like a rich cup of cappuccino, smells like Affogato with eggnog and tastes like heaven.
