Floating Mochi Che

This hearty Che is specially made for winter breeze. It showcases Vietnamese version of mochi balls which are made of glutinous rice with salted egg and mung bean paste stuffing. These balls swim in a cup of warm ginger syrup that is made from palm sugar to add just right amount of sweetness. Sprinkled roast sesame seeds not only are decorative but also enhance the aroma and flavour.
